I was quite scared to try a big gradient puzzle like this one but it was such a fun experience and actually easier than I thought! Big props to their customer service, there were some quality issues with some of the pieces, and the speed they handled it was unlike any I've ever seen.

Excellent customer service!

I loved this puzzle- it was the right amount of challenging and I definitely did not want to stop doing it! When I finished, I found that there was one piece missing so I contacted the company via email and they very quickly responded with an apology and that they would replace the piece quickly. I figured I was just getting the one piece but they ended up sending me a brand new puzzle! It arrived 2 days after we chatted. I am super impressed with their customer service and the quality of their puzzles. I’m definitely ordering more and cannot wait.
