This was a great puzzle, it’s challenging but fun to work on and very pretty. Took me a few days to complete but I wasn’t in a rush and was working on it leisurely. When I got to the end I realised that there was one piece missing. I emailed customer service (the email address is on a card inside the box) and got a response a few hours later saying that they would be happy to send me the missing piece! I provided my details and received confirmation that my piece was on its way only a few hours after my first email.

I love a good Jigsaw and this beauty took me 4 hours and 18 mins to complete.

Overall I think the quality was smashing. Thickness was good, the cut of the pieces were okay. It’s a great present idea for anyone who considers themselves a “Jigsaw Connoisseur”.

The packaging was simple, not over the top or wasteful.
